Up White Bodies Prev Next Slideshow

This one seems to be a mix of a few different shoes, and I'm assuming that it must have been a test of sorts. The entire back half of the shoe (minus the heel) is "First Lady Slipper" in shape. The front half of the shoe body, I don't recognize as exactly any other JTRS. The embellishments are obviously from "Truffles", but the 'truffle' is placed differently, and the ruffles aren't complete. The 'all over' polka dots are interesting!
